Return Policy

Bazel 24h Return Policy in Kuwait - Terms & Conditions:

At Bazel, we strive to make every customer completely happy with their purchase. To that purpose, we provide a 24 hours "no questions asked" refund policy on all transactions, subject to the limitations listed below. Worn, altered or damaged goods won't be eligible for a complete refund.
Any pre-owned watch may be returned as long as it is in the same condition it was sold in and comes with all of the original packaging, paperwork, booklets, and accessories.
Before you mail the goods, please let one of our agents know that you plan to return the watch. All return shipments must be sent at your own expense and cost and must be postmarked no later than the 24 hour after receiving your watch. As we are not liable for lost packages, please make sure to insure the contents for their full value.
Before issuing a refund, all products will be thoroughly examined upon receipt by one of our watch specialists to make sure the watch is in the same condition that it was sold in and that it includes all tags (particularly any "non-removable" tags), components/accessories, etc. After the examination, we will issue a refund excluding any transaction fees and any return shipping and insurance costs that Bazel may have incurred (i.e. K-net, credit card, bank transaction or Visa fees).
The same 24 hours return policy policy goes for All in-store Purchases providing the purchase receipt and subject to the same limitations.

we abide by the the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce's Law No. 39, Article No. 25 of 2014 on Consumer Protection.
International sales are final!

Online or in-store watch purchases within Kuwait, can be exchanged within the first week of purchase, subject to the same limitations mentioned above.
