WARRANTY INFORMATION
Bazel Service Warranty - Terms & Conditions:
Unless otherwise stated in the ad or invoice, Bazel offers 5 full years warranty on all watches starting
from
the date of invoicing.
The Service Warranty covers repairing a malfunction or defect in the watch for
a period of five
years, including the watch battery.
What a Service Warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not apply to straps, jewelry, or accessories.
The warranty does not cover harm brought on by wearer
abuse or misuse, including but not limited to knocks, dents, crushes, and scratches or any damage on any
part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of
care,negligence, accidents such as dropping the watch from a high place, violent
pulling or collision with hard objects,
in such cases the cost of repair is paid by the customer.
The warranty does not cover watches that run slowly or quickly as the majority of
mechanical (and Quartz) watches do not keep perfectly precise time,
Water damage and crystals that are
fractured, cracked, or scratched are not covered by the warranty.
Without Bazel' prior written
authorization, any modifications, repairs, or custom work will void this warranty. This warranty will also
be void if the watch is repaired, modified, or otherwise tampered with by professionals who have not been
approved by the Company (in writing).
Additionally, wholesale/dealer orders are not covered by the warranty.
Clients with Kuwaiti addresses are eligible for the Bazel Five-year service warranty.
International business transactions are are also covered by it.
All purchases to foreign customers are final.
Additionally, the warranty is only good for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
How do I get my watch fixed under the Five-year service warranty from Bazel?
All warranty repairs must be carried out by our certified experts at the Bazel headquarters in Ajial mall, Fahaheel, Kuwait or alternatively with our certified partners internationally.
Before sending your watch in for warranty repair, please call us at " +965 50900351 " to get
the needed instructions.
Any timepieces sent to us for repair without prior notification are not covered by our warranty.
Any watches
lost during shipping for warranty repairs are not the responsibility of Bazel.
